The Bible tells us that the Messiah will return as a bridegroom in a wedding. He does so to reverse the wrongful relationship that took place in the Garden of Eden. When Jesus laid the groundwork in his parable of the wedding feast, the Pharisees tried to change the subject, and he called them hypocrites. Then the Sadducees tried to divert Jesus, and he told them, sorry, there’s no marriage in the resurrection—you need the Blessing!
