True Parents Change Our Lineage

A new Podcast Episode of True Parents Way Podcast is now Live!

In today’s podcast, Pastor Ruth and Dr. Tyler share a biblical revelation, discovered by Rev. Moon, about how we move from being God’s adopted children (Ephesians 1:5) to being His true children. What changes is our lineage. Jesus taught that those who reject him have not God but the devil as their father. (John 8:44) The “Jews who had believed him” (John 8:31) claimed to have God as their Father through Abraham. Jesus told them, “Before Abraham was, I am,” and so to reject Jesus is to leave Abraham’s lineage. (John 8:58, 31)Paul taught that we become heirs when we receive the Holy Spirit (Rom 8:15), but that this is only a spiritual rebirth. (Rom 8:23) We are heirs by adoption; the thorn remains in the flesh. (2 Cor 12:7, Eph 1:5) Our True Parents, Rev. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon, called by Jesus and led by the Holy Spirit, complete the change of lineage, remove the thorn from the flesh, and make us the true children God has been longing to meet for 6,000 years.
